By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with Garage Door Service 365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Garage Door Service 365 provides garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services ("Services") throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, including:

  • Residential garage door repair and installation
  • Commercial garage door solutions
  • 24/7 emergency repair services
  • Spring replacement and cable repairs
  • Opener installation and repair
  • Preventive maintenance services

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment Requests

  • Service appointments are subject to availability and technician scheduling
  • We will confirm appointments via phone, email, or text message
  • Emergency services are prioritized based on severity and safety concerns
  • Response times are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and demand

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a service call fee
  • No-shows or denied access may be charged the full service call fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may change after inspection
  • Final pricing will be provided before work begins
  • Prices include parts, labor, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday services
  • Trip charges or diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed upfront

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing
  • A service call fee or deposit may be required for certain services
  • Late payments may incur interest charges and collection costs
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee plus any bank charges

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for:

  • Spring replacements: Lifetime warranty on springs (labor warranty varies)
  • Installation work: 1-year warranty on labor
  • Repairs: 90-day warranty on repaired components

Parts Warranty

  • Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties (varies by product)
  • We will assist with warranty claims for defective parts
  • Labor for warranty work may be charged unless otherwise specified

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from natural disasters, storms, or acts of God
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the service address and garage door issue
  • Ensure safe access to the work area (clear pathways, adequate lighting)
  • Secure pets and notify us of any safety concerns
  • Be present during service or authorize someone 18+ to make decisions
  • Maintain your garage door according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Notify us immediately of any issues after service completion

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions
  • We maintain insurance as required by Oklahoma law
  • Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion
Important: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

8. Safety and Compliance

  • All work is performed according to industry standards and local building codes
  • We are licensed and insured in the State of Oklahoma
  • Safety is our top priority - we may refuse unsafe work conditions
  • Customers must follow all safety warnings and instructions provided

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Garage Door Service 365 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Oklahoma law. You retain the right to pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Garage Door Service 365, its employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Pre-existing conditions you failed to disclose
  • Unauthorized modifications after service completion

12. Changes to Terms

13. Severability
