Critical Safety Rules
Never stand or walk under moving door
Keep hands and fingers away from door sections and hardware

Test safety reverse monthly (place object in path)
Never try to race under closing door

Monthly Safety Test
1. Photo-Eye Sensor Test
Place object (2x4 board) in door path. Press close button. Door should reverse when hitting object. If doesn't reverse = broken sensors, call for immediate repair.
2. Force Reverse Test
Close door halfway, hold bottom. Door should reverse when meeting resistance. If doesn't = force settings wrong, safety risk.
3. Balance Test
Disconnect opener, manually lift door halfway. Should stay in place. If falls = weak springs, needs adjustment.
